• All information shared between MyEducationJobs and a candidate in the course of executing of a search assignment is held in strictest confidence. No action will be taken by MyEducationJobs to compromise an individual's present position...Ever! We will not release an individual's name or CV without that person's full knowledge and consent with respect to the client we represent.
• MyEducationJobs will honor an individual's request that specific information not be disclosed to the client so long as withholding such information does not compromise a client's legitimate need to know. We will use appropriate discretion when sharing germane information about an individual with a client.
• The candidate will be told the exact nature of the relationship between MyEducationJobs and the client; how and when the search process will be conducted; and the role MyEducationJobs is authorized to play in the overall process.
• MyEducationJobs is acting at the behest, and on behalf of, the client and may choose not to present any candidate based on our professional judgment that the individual is not appropriately qualified for the particular search.
• The candidate will be given specific and accurate information about the position prior to the initial interview. This includes job title; duties and responsibilities; company background; business conditions; reporting relationships; and location.
• MyEducationJobs will keep each person informed of their candidacy status in a truthful and timely manner. Each candidate will be promptly informed of the client's decision.
• In the event the candidate is not selected for the position, the individual's file will be kept confidential by MyEducationJobs and the client company.
• MyEducationJobs will work closely with the candidate during the resignation process from the current position. The candidate will receive information and counsel regarding the potential and the related pitfalls of counter-offers.
• The newly hired individual will be contacted at appropriate times during the transition to ensure that everything is proceeding smoothly.
